Job summary

J Rose Logistics seeks a CDL driver to operate regional routes across the Southwest. The position emphasizes 70% drop & hook freight with no-touch loading and unloading, using newer tractors from leading manufacturers.

Expect a 5 to 5.5 day work schedule, followed by a 34–48 hour home reset. A strong benefits package and safety-focused culture are offered in a stable regional network.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Background checks include DUI and felony history on a case-by-case basis
• SAP DRIVERS accepted if step 6 has been completed

• Drive regional routes in the Southwest United States.
• Operate 70% drop & hook with minimal live loading/unloading.
• Adhere to all safety, hours-of-service, and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Compensation & Performance Pay

• Weekly Earnings: Average $1,250 – $1,500 per week.
• All-Mile Pay: Earn Cents Per Mile (CPM) on ALL miles—whether you are running loaded or empty.
• Accessorial Pay: $20.00 per hour for detention and breakdown time to protect your paycheck during shipper delays.

Home Time & Schedule

• Schedule: Out for 5 to 5.5 days, followed by a reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home.
• Operating Area: Predictable regional routes throughout the Southwest states.
• Park & Go: Save time and commuting costs with full permission to take your truck home during your weekly reset.

Freight & Equipment

• The Fleet: Drive newer, top-tier, well-maintained tractors from Kenworth, Freightliner, and International.
• Freight Style: 100% No-Touch freight. Highly efficient operations with a 70% drop & hook ratio and minimal live loading/unloading.
