Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver for home daily routes. You will operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, and deliver efficient service to customers. The role requires flexibility for 12–14 hour days, with nights and weekends as needed.

Qualified drivers earn a competitive hourly wage and receive comprehensive health insurance, life/disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, and education assistance. This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position with PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record.
• Endorsements for hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a DOT Medical Certification Card or willing to obtain via company-paid DOT physical.
• Available to work a flexible 12–14 hour schedule including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
