Job summary

XPO is hiring a Truck Driver for a home daily CDL A position in the United States. You will safely operate tractor-trailer combinations, including doubles and triples, and deliver customer service while building sales leads.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits starting day one, PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with match, and education assistance. Shifts can be day, night, or weekend, with up to 12–14 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record.
• Hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test and have a valid DOT Medical Certification Card.
• Available for a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours daily, including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers and generate sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
• Safely climb in/out of the tractor cab and perform routine checks.
• Work in various weather and physical conditions.
