This reefer position is open to qualified CDL-A trainees who need real road experience. Start with paid driver training, then move into an OTR solo operation with 1,900-2,500 miles per week or more.
Solo drivers average $1,300-$1,500 per week, with a monthly performance bonus opportunity. Qualifying short-haul loads also receive additional pay.
The training stage is approximately 3-5 weeks and 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Pennsylvania trainee pay is $650 per week. Orientation is limited to no more than two days, and $300 is paid upon hire.
