Qualifications

TRAINING

Paid mentor training runs approximately 3-5 weeks and 200-250 behind-the-wheel hours. Trainee pay is $850 per week. Orientation is no more than two days, with $300 paid upon hire.

THE JOB

OTR refrigerated freight with home time approximately every two weeks. Drivers need flexibility for day/night driving, weekends and holidays. Freight does not require driver unloading.
