Swift Transportation is hiring a regional CDL-A driver to operate out of Richmond, Virginia. The position covers the Eastern Region with a home base in Richmond and a cycle that brings you home every two weeks.

Average weekly pay is $1,400, with additional trip pay calculated on dispatched miles at CPM rates from $0.55 to $0.65 depending on route and verified experience. Weekly paychecks are issued, and new drivers can be trained for this role.

• CDL-A required; Will Train New Drivers.
• Must be 21+ years old; valid DOT medical card.
• Pass DOT drug test and background checks.

Guaranteed Pay Plus+ – Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
