Job summary

Swift Transportation is hiring for a Refrigerated OTR Regional CDL-A driver to operate routes from Decatur, GA, traveling across the Central, East, North Central, and South Central regions. The lane is home bi-weekly and pays an average of $1,300 per week.

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers have a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving, with additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan with employer matching.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required; Will Train New Drivers.
• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
• DOT medical card and clean driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated OTR regional routes in accordance with company safety policies.
• Ensure on-time delivery and proper loading/unloading procedures.
