Swift Transportation is hiring now out of Virginia for a Regional CDL-A driving job based out of Richmond, VA. This lane runs in the Eastern Region,and is home every 2 weeks.

• $1,400 Average Weekly Pay
• Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.55 to $.65cpm depending on route and verifiable experience

• CDL-A Required; Will Train New Drivers

Guaranteed Pay Plus+ – Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Terms and conditions apply.
