Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in Smyrna, TN offers an Eastern Regional Fleet training program for new CDL‑A graduates. You will train with an experienced mentor for 4 to 6 weeks and receive guaranteed weekly pay during training. Afterward, you move into solo pay with continued support from a 24/7 dispatch team.

The program provides a $300 orientation bonus, no touch freight, and biweekly home time. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a 401(k) with company match, paid time off

• 21 years old or older
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements

• Learn pre-trip inspections, backing, and log accuracy hands on
• Move straight into solo pay after training
• Adhere to DOT and FMCSA requirements during training and operations
