Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers through a structured Eastern Regional training program. You’ll ride with an experienced trainer for 4 to 6 weeks, receive guaranteed weekly pay during training, and start solo pay after completing the program.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete training with an experienced trainer and transition to solo driving.
• Learn pre-trip inspections, backing, and log accuracy hands-on.
• Move to solo pay once training is complete.
• Follow safety rules and company policies on all trips.
