Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers in Florida is seeking new CDL-A drivers entering an Eastern Regional Fleet with a structured mentor program and guaranteed home time. You’ll train with a trainer for 4–6 weeks before going solo, with 24/7 dispatch support and no touch freight.

During training you receive guaranteed weekly pay and a $300 orientation bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, plus a fuel program and toll coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Able to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete mentor program before solo driving.
• Ride with trainer for 4–6 weeks.
• Learn pre-trip inspections, backing, and log accuracy.
• Move to solo pay after training.
