Job summary

NIS EXPRESS offers a CDL-A trainee program in Mississippi, providing structured, mentor-led training with guaranteed weekly pay. During training you’ll earn a guaranteed $1,000/week and gain 4–6 weeks of real-world OTR experience.

No-NYC freight, no-touch loads, and home time are emphasized as you transition to independent driving. After training you advance to full solo pay rates with a take-home truck option and a rider policy.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 120-hour CDL school completion certificate.
• Active DOT Medical Card and ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Stable work history and clean background as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete mentor-led training with weekly pay.
• Operate 70% drop-and-hook / 30% live load or unload.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company policies.
• Earn guaranteed weekly pay and progression to full solo rates.
