Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is seeking drivers entering a structured, high-support training program with guaranteed earnings and weekly pay during training. You’ll gain real-world OTR experience with a mentor and have travel and lodging arranged for orientation.

Expect 12 days on assignment and 2 days at home, with 70% drop-and-hook and 30% live load/unload. Benefits begin after 30 days and include health, dental, 401(k), and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license required and active.
• Minimum 120-hour CDL school completion certificate.
• Active DOT Medical Card and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2022+ Freightliner or Kenworth in assigned area.
• Dispatched solo after training with mentor; no slip-seat policy.
• Maintain safe driving records and adhere to company policies.
