NIS EXPRESS in Memphis is looking for new CDL-A graduates to join a structured, highly supportive training program that pays weekly and guarantees income during the transition to solo dispatch.

The program includes 4–6 weeks with a dedicated mentor, 100% No-Touch Dry Van freight, and take-home options after training. Benefits start after 30 days and include health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license (minimum age 21).
• Minimum 120-hour completion certificate from an approved CDL school.
• Stable work history and clean driving/background record.
• Active DOT Medical Card and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Start in a structured, highly supportive training program with a mentor.
• Operate 100% No-Touch Dry Van freight after training.
• Meet guaranteed earnings during the onboarding period and transitions.
