Job summary

American Driver is hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in Omaha, NE, offering hands-on training and brand-new equipment. You will be mentored one-on-one and trained to become an independent professional, with a focus on safe driving and career growth.

During training you’ll receive guaranteed weekly pay and a route that fits your location, followed by strong first-year earnings potential as you transition to solo driving.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and be 21+.
• Certificate from an accredited CDL school (120+ hours).
• Clean MVR and PSP; pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 3–5 week mentorship program with hands-on training tailored to your pace.
• Receive real 1-on-1 mentorship on backing, mountain driving, trip planning, ELD logging and winter driving.
