Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial towing, recovery, and roadside service. This performance-based role rewards output with higher earnings.

Expect on-call nights and weekends, with high call volume and no cap on earnings. You will respond to breakdowns, accidents, and emergencies, operating heavy recovery equipment and maintaining detailed job documentation.

Qualifications

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
