Job summary

All Fleet Inc. in Grayslake, IL is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial towing, recovery, and roadside service on an on-call, nights-and-weekends schedule.

This performance-based role pays $80K–$150K+ annually through commissions; there is no guaranteed hourly wage. You will operate wreckers, respond to breakdowns, and document each job with photos and dispatch communication.

Must have CDL-A, clean driving record, pass DOT drug screen, and be reliable in all weather.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations

• Independent work with dispatch support
