Job summary

GetHired, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with earnings tied to activity and call volume.

You will handle on-call shifts, nights and weekends, operate wreckers and recovery equipment, and document jobs with photos for dispatch and customers. CDL-A and a clean driving record are required, with the ability to pass a DOT drug screen and work in all weather conditions.

We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery

Pay & Opportunity

• $80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)
