Job summary

All Fleet Inc. is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service in Vernon Hills, IL. This is a performance-based role with no guaranteed hourly pay—the more work you complete, the more you earn.

You will respond to high-volume calls, work nights and weekends, operate wreckers and recovery equipment, and document each job with photos and notes. Commission-based earnings offer a strong upside.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery
