Job summary

All Fleet Inc in Indiana is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role with earnings tied to completed work rather than fixed hours.

You will handle on-call shifts, nights and weekends, communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, and document jobs with photos. The position rewards experience in recovery, winching, and operating wreckers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and on-call.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Reliable and responsive when called.
• Preference for heavy-duty towing or recovery experience.
• Mechanical or diesel background is a plus.
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Responsibilities
