Job summary

GetHired, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.

This is a performance-based role with no guaranteed hourly pay; earnings scale with the number of jobs you run. You will work on-call nights and weekends, respond quickly to breakdowns and accidents, operate wreckers and recovery equipment, and document each job with photos.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Preferred (Will Increase Your Earnings)

• Heavy-duty towing or recovery experience
• Mechanical or diesel background
• Experience with winching, load shifts, or accident recovery

Pay & Opportunity

• $80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)
