Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial towing, recovery, and roadside service. This is a performance-based role where earnings scale with the work you complete.

Expect nights and weekends on-call, high call volume, fast response, and independent work with dispatch support. Ideal candidates are reliable, able to pass DOT drug screening, and comfortable in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns, accidents, and emergency calls.
• Operate wreckers and recovery equipment safely.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Complete jobs fully with proper documentation and photos.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service
