Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service in Indiana. This is a performance-based role where earnings scale with the work you complete.

On-call nights and weekends are required, with high call volume and fast-response expectations. You’ll operate wreckers and recovery equipment, document every job, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

We are hiring a CDL-A Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver for commercial vehicle towing, recovery, and roadside service.

This is a performance-based position. The more work you complete, the more you earn. This is not an hourly “sit and wait” job.

We are looking for drivers who want to stay busy, take calls, and make money.

If you prefer a slow pace or guaranteed hourly income regardless of output, this is not the right fit.

What This Job Looks Like

• On-call schedule with nights and weekends
• High call volume with consistent work available
• Fast response expectations
• Real recovery work, not just basic tows
• Independent work with dispatch support

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty towing, recovery, and roadside service

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Pay & Opportunity

• $80K–$150K+ earning potential (commission-based)
