Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a CDL A Route Driver in Knoxville, TN. This regular full-time position covers safe pickup, loading, transport, and delivery of used tires on assigned routes as part of a two-person team with a Route Helper.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 22 years old.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must meet all FMCSA driver qualification requirements.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record per DOT standards.
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent CDL experience.
• Must meet DOT physical, background, and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Willingness to maintain a professional appearance at customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned routes.
• Load, stack and secure tires with a Route Helper.
• Manually handle tires up to 50 pounds.
• Complete DOT logs, route paperwork, and bills of lading.
• Maintain safe, clean, and operational equipment.
• Communicate route status to dispatch and customers.
