Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Class A CDL Route Driver in Knoxville, TN to safely pickup, load, transport and deliver used tires on assigned routes. You will work with a Route Helper to load and stack tires, verify documentation, and ensure DOT compliance.

The role requires driving without incidents, ability to lift 50 pounds, and strong customer-facing skills. Regular full-time employment with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL and FMCSA requirements met.
• DOT hair/physical, background, and drug testing requirements.
• Acceptable MOS records under DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned routes.
• Work with a Route Helper to load and secure tires.
• Manual lifting and stacking of tires up to 50 pounds.
• Complete required service documentation and DOT logs.
• Ensure loads comply with DOT safety requirements before transport.
• Perform pre/post- and en-route vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and dispatch.
