Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers to join their carrier network. This role offers weekly or every-other-week home time based on domicile, with competitive per-mile pay and a substantial team sign-on bonus.

Drivers earn an average weekly range of $1,300–$1,850, plus bonuses and benefits for a comprehensive compensation package. The position requires a valid Class A CDL, Hazmat, and possible endorsement requirements.

Job description

CDL-A Team Driver

Home Time: Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver’s domicile.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience).
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience).
• Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $75 for each clean DOT inspection.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,850.
• Sign-On Bonus: $8,000 for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Requires prior teaming of at least 90 days. FL and CA based drivers excluded.

Qualifications
