Job summary

Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers. Earn up to $0.74 per mile with a minimum of $0.52 per mile based on experience, plus $75 per clean DOT inspection. Average weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,850, with an $8,000 sign-on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver).

CDL-A Team Driver

Compensation

Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile (based on verified experience). Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.52/mile (based on verified experience). Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.

Average weekly earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.

$8,000 sign‑on bonus for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. Florida and California based drivers excluded.

After 60 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the above benefit plans on the first day of the month following that month. After 180 days of active service, you may elect to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan. If you miss the deadline, you will not be able to elect benefits until open enrollment each year.
