Job summary

Covenant Transport, Inc. is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers for a position that allows for home time weekly or every other week. Drivers can earn up to $0.74 per mile plus a guaranteed minimum of $1,500 weekly, with additional earnings opportunities through mileage pay and bonuses.

The ideal candidates must possess a valid CDL-A license and have teamed together for at least 90 days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan after a specified period of active service.

CDL-A TEAM DRIVER | HOME WEEKLY OR EVERY OTHER WEEK | UP TO $0.74/MILE + $1,500 WEEKLY GUARANTEE

Home Time

Weekly or Every Other Week depending on driver's domicile.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CDL‑A driver.
• Must have previous teaming experience together for 90 days.
• Drivers from FL and CA are excluded.

Compensation

• Maximum Mileage Pay: $0.74/mile based on verified experience and endorsements.
• Minimum Mileage Pay: $0.66/mile based on verified experience and endorsements.
• Clean DOT Inspection: Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received.
• Weekly Minimum: $1,500 per week.
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300 – $1,850.
• Sign‑on bonus: $8,000 for true teams ($4,000 per driver). Must have previously teamed together for 90 days. FL and CA based drivers excluded.
