Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is seeking CDL A Team Drivers for a high-earning team position with home weekly time and preassigned lanes. You will run as a team on mostly drop-and-hook freight in newer equipment, averaging around 5,000 team miles per week.

Earn up to $2,200 per driver weekly with a team rate of $0.82–$0.90 CPM plus per-driver CPM; top earners exceed $115,000 annually. Benefits include 401(k) with company match, rider and pet policy, and paid PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• CDL issued by one state only
• Minimum 21 years old
• Valid U.S. driving history for the last 12 consecutive months
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• No preventable major accidents within the last 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Cannot currently be under contract with another carrier
• Professional customer service skills and patience when working with customers
• Direct deposit, check, or Comdata payment options
• 401(k) with up to 5% company match

Job Type: Driving

Earn up to $2,200 per driver each week while running as a team. Get preassigned lanes, mostly drop-and-hook freight, newer equipment, and a 34-hour home reset every week.

If you already have a qualified team partner, this is a consistent team position built around predictable miles, weekly home time, and strong earning potential.

Pay & Bonus

• Approximately 5,000 team miles/week
• $0.82 to $0.90 CPM team rate based on verifiable experience
• $0.41 to $0.45 CPM per driver
• Top earners make $115,000+ annually
• $1,000 per month for the next 3 months

Home Time & Routes

• Out 1 week, home for a 34-hour reset
• Run throughout all 48 states
• New York is rare
• Customer-planned, preassigned weekly lanes

• Team partners must live within 100 miles of each other

Your Truck

Drive newer equipment with the comfort and privacy you need on team runs:

• 2023 or newer trucks
• Average truck age of approximately 2 years
• Freightliner, Kenworth and select Volvo trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• Double bunks
• Permanently assigned truck, no slip seating
• Take your truck home
• Automatic restriction on CDL is accepted
