Job summary

Blackhawk Transport is seeking drivers on a team or solo basis. Compensation is highly performance-based: up to $200,000–$240,000 per team or $100,000–$120,000 per driver, plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus for team drivers and a $3,000 referral bonus per driver.

Pay is by the mile with a 0.37/mile rate and a 74 cents per mile split. Routes include live loads, drop & hook at distribution centers, and after-hours unloading.

Earn $200,000-$240,000 per team or $100,000-$120,000 per driver. Sign‑on bonus of $7,500 for drivers willing to team. Referral bonus of $3,000 per driver (no cap). Pay: 0.37–0.37 dollars per mile. Target: minimum 5,400 miles per week.

Operational Summary

Paid by the mile with a 74 cpm split (0.37 cpm to each driver) and additional CPM for extra pit runs. Add‑on flat pay for intermediate stops, unloading, and approved utility schedules. Work: 5‑day work week. Routes include live loads, drop & hook at distribution centers, and unloading at customer stores after hours. 24/7 maintenance support and remote orientation available.
