Job summary

McLane is seeking a Shuttle Driver with CDL-A to join our team and transport goods safely across routes. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, secure products, and maintain DOT logs while adhering to safety standards. This role offers steady day-shift work and benefits from day one.

You'll be part of a nationwide distribution network serving major brands, with competitive pay and opportunities for career advancement. Must be at least 21 with a valid CDL-A and relevant driving experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid CDL-A license with clean MVR.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a level sufficient for safety and operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the tractor and trailer for defects before and after trips.
• Secure product inside the trailer to prevent damage.
• Maintain driver logs according to DOT regulations (Manual or PeopleNet).
• May perform line haul and/or backhaul as needed.
• Work safely to protect personnel and cargo.
