Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Shuttle Driver for a 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday) with home daily. Requires a CDL-A with doubling endorsement and a clean MVR. You will transport empty trailers to warehouses and deliver full trailers to domicile/shuttle yards, adhering to DOT rules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma/GED or state approved equivalent.
• Valid CDL A with Doubles Endorsement.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Must be 21 years of age; able to pass drug test and background check.
• DOT Health Card or ability to secure one.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain route paperwork and dispatch readiness.
• Drive and deliver trailers per route schedule.
• Perform hook/unhook procedures and secure loads.
• Park and store tractor trailers in designated areas.
• Complete daily hours-of-service logs per regulations.
• Assist with housekeeping in loading dock areas and trailers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
