10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates in the Shreveport, LA area for full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive support to transition into solo work.

The offer includes $850 per week during paid training and expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 per week. Benefits start day one, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and a retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Must have completed CDL training (min. 120 hours).
• Satisfactory driving record and compliance with DOT/FMCSA.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities
