Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA in Lafayette, LA seeks recent CDL-A school graduates for full-time regional driving. You’ll train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and transition to solo work in the Eastern fleet. Weekly pay begins during training with full company support.

You’ll receive medical/dental/vision and life insurance from day one, plus PTO, holidays, a 401(k) plan, and bonus opportunities for performance and safety. Home time is weekly or biweekly as available.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL school grad with CDL-A.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Must have a clean driving record and meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn and operate safely.
• Be a recent graduate from an accredited CDL school.

Responsibilities

• Haul no-touch dry van freight regionally.
• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor.
• Operate trucks in the Eastern regional fleet.
• Maintain safety and DOT compliance.
• Work with 24/7 dispatch support.
