Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A school graduates in Monroe, LA for full-time regional driving. You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive the support needed to transition to solo driving.

During paid training you’ll earn $850 per week, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance on day one, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Meet applicable USDOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight.
• Receive support to transition to solo driving.
• Operate regionally with the eastern fleet.
