Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking CDL-A graduates for regional driving with a paid mentor and a smooth path to solo work. You’ll train one-on-one, haul no-touch dry van freight, and expect to be assigned a truck after successful completion.

Weekly or bi-weekly home time is available and 24/7 dispatch support is provided. Benefits begin on day one including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) plan, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school.
• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor during the paid training.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight.
• Receive support to move into solo work.
• Get your own assigned truck after training.
• Regional driving with weekly or bi-weekly home time.
• Access 24/7 dispatch support and a pet/rider policy.
