Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.

• Completed at least 120 hours of CDL training.

• Willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor during paid training.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight.
• Transition to solo driving after training.
• Receive ongoing dispatch support and 24/7 dispatch access.
• Operate with the Eastern regional fleet and maintain safety and performance.

You will train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and receive the support needed to transition into solo work.The offer includes:$850 per week during paid trainingExpected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800 or more per weekPaid one-on-one mentor programPaid orientationWeekly pay issued every FridayYour own assigned truck after successfully completing trainingEastern regional fleetWeekly or biweekly home time availableNo-touch dry van freightSupport on the roadCompany-paid tolls and a fuel program help keep the operational side straightforward.
