Lanes and Dispatch Area

• Operations run primarily East of I-35
• New York City and the five boroughs are off limits — no exceptions, no pressure
• Freight type: dry van, no-touch throughout
• Drop-and-hook accounts for 70% of all loads
• Live freight rounds out the remaining 30%

Rotation and Lifestyle

• 12 days on assignment, 2 days at home — consistent every cycle
• Pets welcome on board from day one
• Passenger rider program also available immediately

Your Truck

• Model year 2022 or later — Kenworth or Freightliner automatic
• APU equipped for comfort during rest periods
• Permanently assigned to you — nobody else drives it
• Take-home truck option available to qualifying drivers

Weekly Earnings

• Average weekly gross falls between $1,300 - $1,500
• Upper tier of the fleet regularly clears $1,750 gross or more
• Consistent weekly mileage between 2,200 and 2,800
• $300 paid for orientation week — lodging and travel arranged by the company

New CDL Holder? Paid Training Program

• Guaranteed weekly pay deposited every Friday during training
• Mentored OTR experience over 4 to 6 weeks with a dedicated trainer
