Blue Ridge Haulers is opening doors for recent CDL-A graduates to launch a high-earning driving career with our Eastern Regional Fleet. If you recently finished CDL school, transition seamlessly into solo driving with guaranteed weekly pay, dedicated mentorship, and top-tier equipment.

We welcome drivers with a valid Class A CDL who are ready to gain hands-on experience pulling steady, mostly no-touch freight.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CDL program (120+ hours).
• No previous commercial driving experience required.
• Clean driving record compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Valid Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Train with a dedicated mentor for 3 to 4 weeks (200–250 hrs).
• Transition to solo driving with full pay after training.
