Job summary

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for a full-time regional driving program. You’ll train one-on-one with a paid mentor, haul no-touch dry van freight, and move into solo operations after completing training.

Earn $850 per week during training, with expected solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Benefits include insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and a rider policy; home time weekly or bi-weekly; 24/7 dispatch support and a fuel program.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Have completed at least 120 hours of CDL training
• Satisfactory driving record
• Meet DOT/FMCSA requirements
• Be willing to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor during paid training
• Haul no-touch dry van freight
• Progress to solo driving with assigned truck after training
• Access 24/7 dispatch support and a fuel program
