10-4 Logistics USA is seeking recent CDL‑A graduates for a full‑time regional driving role. You will train one‑on‑one with a paid mentor, haul no‑touch dry van freight, and progress toward solo assignments behind your own assigned truck after training.

The package includes $850 weekly during training, solo earnings of $1,600–$1,800+ per week, weekly pay, insurance from day one, paid orientation, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-A school graduate with 120+ hours of training.
• Hold a valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Willing to learn, communicate professionally and operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Train one-on-one with a paid mentor during regional driving.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight and progress to solo driving.
• Operate with support from dispatch, tolls, and fuel programs.
