Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Driver to safely operate heavy trucks for delivery and removal of large containers in Missouri. You will ensure vehicle safety, comply with regulations, and complete daily vehicle condition reports.

The role emphasizes courteous customer service and strict safety adherence. The position requires a Class A CDL with air brakes, with preference for two years of experience driving commercial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections per policy.
• Safely operate heavy truck on assigned route and service customers.
• Load/unload and dispose of material, operating equipment as required.
• Interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and staff.
• Perform minor container repairs on site or in yard.
• Identify unsatisfactory containers and tag as required.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and clean around disposal areas.
• Complete route productivity reports and required forms.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
