Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking a Route Driver to service Central/Southern NH and Northern MA. The role requires a current CDL-A, a clean MVR, an up-to-date medical card, and one year of driving experience or equivalent, plus pass a DOT exam. Strong safety, reliability, and customer service are essential.

Sign-on bonus of $10,000 and opportunities for advancement are offered. 5 day week with rotating days off.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required with clean MVR.
• Current medical card and DOT readiness.
• One year of driving experience or equivalent.
• Able to pass DOT exam and maintain logs.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with laws.
• Know the delivery route and product handling requirements.
• Present a courteous, ethical, and professional image.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report maintenance as required.
• Deliver products timely and report improvements or issues daily.
• Keep daily accounts and cash records accurately.
• Work independently while supporting the Distribution Dept.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors and peers.
