Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking a route jumper driver with a current CDL-A and a clean MVR. The role requires delivery of products, adherence to DOT regulations, and professional representation of the company on every route in the New Hampshire area.

We offer a 4-day work week with Sundays off and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Applicants must pass a DOT exam, have a neat appearance, and be able to work independently within the Distribution team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current, valid CDL-A license.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Reading & writing proficiency (English language).
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and comply with all regulations.
• Know the assigned delivery route and product handling requirements.
• Represent the company in a courteous, ethical, professional manner.
• Maintain vehicle operation logs and report maintenance to DOT/HP Hood LLC.
• Deliver products timely and report recommendations or issues daily.
• Keep accurate daily records of accounts and collected cash.
• Work independently while supporting the Distribution department.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and peers.
