Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking Route Jumper & Route Relief Operators to support our transportation and delivery teams. A current CDL A, clean MVR, and the ability to pass a DOT exam are required. You may be called on short notice to cover routes, ensuring reliable delivery to our customers across the HP Hood network.

Open availability, weekend/holiday work, and a strong safety mindset are essential. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to qualified applicants who join the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reading & writing proficiency in English.
• Current, valid CDL A required.

Responsibilities

• Learn and run all routes as needed.
• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain route knowledge and product handling requirements.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Maintain vehicle operation logs and report maintenance to the supervisor daily.
• Deliver products timely and notify supervisor of improvements or issues.
• Work independently while supporting the Distribution Department.
• Collaborate with managers and peers.
