Republic Services is seeking a Relief Driver – CDL (A) to safely operate heavy trucks and provide prompt delivery and removal of large containers. You will ensure vehicle compliance with safety standards, complete daily VCRs, and follow state and federal regulations.

The role emphasizes courteous customer interactions and on-time service across designated routes. Responsibilities include pre/post inspections, loading and unloading, minor container repairs, and maintaining route productivity

Mansioni

• Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle.
• Safely operate the heavy truck along designated routes to service customers.
• Operate controls to lift and load refuse and dispose of material at facilities.
• Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service.
• Perform minor repairs to containers on site or in the container yard.
• Identify unsatisfactory waste containers and tag as needed.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable material and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain vehicle readiness to minimize downtime and complete reports as required.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ReSOP program.
