Make Gains:

Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year

Driver Pay Rates:

• Start at $0.60 per Mile for Trainees
• Experienced Drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per Mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers earning $95,000+
• All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
• Extra Stop/Pickup pay
• Orientation and Training Pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper fee paid by JBS - No driver unloads unless they want to ($2.50 per thousand pounds)
• Breakdown Pay: $15.50/hour with a max of 10 hours
• Layover Pay: $140 after 24 hours of idling (must be available for work during this time)
• In Transit Layover Pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops

• Average Weekly Miles: 2,000+
• Main Region: Multi-State
• Truck assignments may vary across terminals; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• 75% of shipments are drop/hook
• 80% are live unload

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements:

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
• Experience with 48’-53' trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
