Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re near these areas, we have an opportunity for you!
Drive Strong & Make Gains

- Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year
Driver Pay Rates
- Start at $0.60 per mile for trainees
- Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
- Top drivers earn $95,000+ annually
- All miles paid, loaded or empty, unless going home
- Additional pay for stops and pickups
- Orientation and training pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
- Lumper fee paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds); drivers are not required to unload unless they choose to
- Breakdown pay: $15.50/hour, max 10 hours
- Layover pay: $140 after 24 hours of idle time (must be available for work)
- In-transit layover pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops

Work & Route Details
- Average weekly miles: 2,000+
- Main driving region: multi-state
- Truck assignments may vary at any JBS terminal; no guarantee of being assigned at your home terminal
- 75% drop/hook shipments; 80% are live unloads
CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- CDL-A with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience
- Experience with 48’-53' trailers
- Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
