Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re in those areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Make Gains:

Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year

Driver Pay Rates:

1. Trainees: Start at $0.60 Cents per Mile
2. NEW PAY INCREASE: Experienced Drivers Earn $0.64 - $0.69 Cents per Mile, Depending on Experience!
3. Top drivers earning $95,000+
4. All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
5. Extra Stop/Pickup
6. Orientation
7. Training Pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
8. Lumper: paid by JBS - No driver unloads unless they want to ($2.50 per thousand pounds)
9. Breakdown Pay: $15.50/hour with a max of 10 hours
10. Layover Pay: $140 for each instance after idle for 24 hours (Must be available for work during this time)
11. In Transit Layover Pay: Loads with multiple drops $140 for each instance

10. Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral:
    $50 every week of your referred driver's first year
    $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3-months

Work and Route:

1. Average Weekly Miles: 2,000+
2. Main Driving Region: Multi-State
3. Truck Assignments: could be at any JBS terminal. No guarantee of being seated at your home terminal
4. 75% shipper is drop/hook
5. 80% live unload

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements:

1. At least 21 years old
2. CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
3. Must have 48’-53' tractor trailer experience
4. Mentor and Training programs are available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
