Our terminals are located in Greeley, Colorado; Green Bay, Wisconsin; Cactus, Texas; Pittsburg, Texas; Tolleson, Arizona; and Oakwood, Georgia. If you’re in those areas, we have an opportunity for you!

Drive Strong & Make Gains

• No Freight more reliable than food!
• Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year

Driver Pay Rates

• Start at $0.60 per mile as a trainee
• Experienced drivers earn $0.64 - $0.69 per mile, depending on experience
• Top drivers can earn $95,000+
• All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home
• Extra Stop/Pickup pay
• Orientation & Training pay: $14/hour or up to $196 daily
• Lumper paid by JBS ($2.50 per thousand pounds); drivers unload only if they choose
• Breakdown pay: $15.50/hour (max 10 hours)
• Layover pay: $140 after 24 hours of idle time; must be available for work
• In Transit Layover Pay: $140 for loads with multiple drops

• Average weekly miles: 2,000+
• Main region: multi-state
• Truck assignments may vary; no guarantee of being at your home terminal
• 75% drop/hook shipments; 80% live unloads

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor-trailer experience
• Experience with 48’–53’ trailers
• Mentor and training programs available for less experienced drivers
